Yes, Constantia can deliver standard container forms, but from our experience, customers prefer mostly a tailor-made container design to secure the packed device inside during transportation.

Typically a new development takes approx. 1 year from first design ideas to delivery of the deep drawing tooling.

The containers are sterilizable with hot steam and with ß-irradiation. γ-irradiation has to be tested individually.

Constantia maintains the tools regularly and they can be used for min. 10 years.
