SECURA delivers deep-drawn containers for medical devices. It is manufactured from an aluminum PP laminate and a convenient peelable lidding foil for easy opening. Its superior barrier properties protect against water vapor and oxygen regardless of climate zone.

Yes, Constantia can deliver standard container forms, but from our experience, customers prefer mostly a tailor-made container design to secure the packed device inside during transportation.
Typically a new development takes approx. 1 year from first design ideas to delivery of the deep drawing tooling.
The containers are sterilizable with hot steam and with ß-irradiation. γ-irradiation has to be tested individually.
Constantia maintains the tools regularly and they can be used for min. 10 years.
